NicheCheck is a niche and product idea validation tool that provides market research, competitor analysis, search volume data, and revenue estimates to help entrepreneurs evaluate business opportunities. Our analysis is based on publicly available data and should be used as one of many factors in your decision-making process.
To use NicheCheck, you must:
Free Plan: Users may perform up to 3 validations per day at no cost.
Pro Plan: For $10/month, users receive unlimited validations and priority support. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively.

NicheCheck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your validation results belong to you, but we retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any validation results. Market conditions change, and our estimates are based on historical data and algorithms that may not predict future outcomes.
NicheCheck is a research tool to assist your decision-making. It is not financial, legal, or business advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before making any business decisions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NICHECHECK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
